At 2K Yoga, we ship all orders with DPD to ensure safe, reliable, and trackable delivery.
Shipping Destinations
We currently deliver to Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and all European Union countries.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@2kyoga.com, and we will do our best to arrange delivery.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your DPD tracking information.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
Latvia: 1–2 business days
Lithuania & Estonia: 1–3 business days
Other European Union countries: 3–8 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed before payment is completed.
Failed Deliveries
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the parcel, or unsuccessful delivery caused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

Returns & Refunds policy
At 2K Yoga, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Right to Return
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of return, you must first notify us by email at info@2kyoga.com. Please include your order number and a brief description of your return request. Returns sent without prior notification may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
The return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
The yoga mat has not been used and shows no signs of wear or use.
The product has not been damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or any other action by the customer.
The product is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories provided with the order.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for products that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.
Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product supplied by 2K Yoga.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@2kyoga.com, including photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
